Graff opening

I have been working for min friend Sarah the last couple of weeks designing her logo and temporary website, and also helping her getting ready for her opening Friday. In less than three weeks she managed to create this amazing little store ‘Graff’ at Amagertorv in Copenhagen. The opening was very well visited and I strongly suggest that you swing by her this summer. Unique, exclusive and beautiful accessories and jewellery at affordable prices.

Pimp your Brooks

Last fall, my beloved bike was stolen downtown Copenhagen (I hope you’ll fall and bruise). Well maybe it’ll pop up some day, until then, I have found a new hobby. If you have a classic Brooks saddle you could get Kara Ginther to customize/pimp it for you. But if you don’t want to spend around $99 – $345, it actually looks kind of fun to do it yourself as well. I think it looks great! You can see more pictures of her work on flickr.

Note that if you carve you brooks leather saddle, it might not be weatherproof?!

Conceptual photography in Berlin

I’m a big fan of conceptual photography and a huge fan of Berlin. Mixed by photographer Matthias Heiderich resulted in these amazing images below. Beautiful colors, lines, light, mood. Check out his portfolio at Behance. Most of his work is for sale. Five different shots would suit my hall quite well.

Young and golden danish lions

C V+A

Art Directors Nicolai Villads and Peter Ammentorp, who is fresh out of DJMX: Creative Communication, recently won TWO awards in Cannes. Young Cannes Lions and Future Lions with this fictitious case created for the Book Publishing company: Penguin Books. I don’t want to explain the concept, they do that much better themselves in the video above. I think the idea is perfect. Congratulations young danish lions!

The illustrations where created in Adobe Illustrator, animated using After Effects and final edit in Final Cut Pro 2

I drove in a Little Red Corvette, and was surprised at what I got

After a couple of fantastic days at Roskilde Festival, I’m back to reality in Copenhagen. 4 days of great music and company of friends is over, as the weekend peaked sunday evening with Prince performing his tiny ass off at Orange scene in front of around 70.000 people. I got to see several of my favorite bands, all of them were incredible. Especially The National, which I had pretty high expectations for.

Well, even though the festival in Roskilde all in all went great, I can’t help but thinking, that I would like try Glastonbury next year. I have never been to England, and Glastonbury looks so nice and would be a great opportunity for me to see the country. More amazing photos at Boston.com
